Brass Concealed Stop Valves

A concealed valve (also called a concealed stop cock or concealed angle valve) is installed behind the bathroom wall, with only the control knob visible on the finished wall surface — giving a clean, clutter-free look while controlling water flow to showers, basin mixers, and bath fillers.

Type: Quarter-turn and full-turn variants, single/double/triple outlet configurations

Brass Gate Valves

A gate valve uses a sliding gate/wedge mechanism to fully open or shut off flow, offering minimal pressure loss when fully open (full bore design).

Sizes: 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1.1/4″, 1.1/2″, 2″, 2.1/2″, 3″, 4″

Threads: BSP or NPT, threaded ends

Pressure Rating: PN20 (BSP) / Class 150 (NPT), typically 200 PSI / 14 bar non-shock cold working pressure

Temperature Range: -20°C to 120°C

Stem Type: Rising stem (visual open/closed indication) or non-rising stem

Body/Disc/Seal: Brass body and disc with PTFE seal

Material Specification: CW614N (CuZn39Pb3), CW617N (CuZn40Pb2), CW602N (CuZn36Pb2As), CW511L (CuZn38As), Cuphin (CuZn21Si3P), No-Lead manufacturing also available.

What's the difference between a concealed valve and a gate valve?

Tin plating over a nickel underlayer is most common for general electrical use; silver plating is used where higher conductivity and lower contact resistance is required.

Are lead-free options available for drinking water applications?
